Camel Hack was founded to inspire unity among founders. Fittingly, the theme of our hackathon is community. By recognizing the unique strengths of each participant, we aim to foster deep collaboration among the world's most talented builders, cultivating groundbreaking innovation at the intersection of cybersecurity, AI, and biotech.

Thursday, March 5 [NYC]: Tech Trek

An exciting cost covered day in NYC with office visits at top VCs and startups, allowing the participants to connect through ideation and network-building.

Friday, March 6 [Cambridge]: Introductions

Team formation and initial ideation

Office hours with partners

Festive dinner & reception

Saturday-Sunday, March 7-8 [Cambridge]: Hacking

BUILDING! Heads-down build time with mentor support throughout.

Hackathon Details: Everything You Need to Know

Registration & Teams

Team or Individual Registration

Participants can apply as teams or individuals. We will help form teams for individual applicants.

No Existing Companies

The program is for individuals who want to create something new, not for existing companies.

Team Formation and Preparation

Teams will be formed well in advance to allow participants to connect, share ideas, and plan ahead. The Hackathon brings everyone together to build, innovate, and present their projects in person.

Requirements & Eligibility

Technical or Management Background

Applicants must demonstrate either strong technical skills (engineering, programming, data science) or management experience (leadership, business acumen, strategic planning).

Eligibility Criteria

Additional requirements include a commitment to the program and a passion for creating impactful projects.

Fields of Interest

Open to diverse fields, with focus on technology, social innovation, or business.

Support & Resources

Flights and Accommodation

For participants from outside the United States, we cover the cost of flights and accommodation during the Hackathon.

Support and Mentorship

Access to expert mentors, skill-building workshops, and resources tailored to team goals.

Application Process

After signing up, all applicants receive a detailed application form about their background, skills, and motivations.

Expected Deliverables

Teams must produce a viable outcome, such as a prototype, business plan, or market-ready solution.
